Chamber Ambassadors visit a New Member
Ambassadors
Our Ambassadors encourage chamber membership by welcoming new businesses to the Spearfish community, participating in membership retention drives, and greeting at Chamber mixers and events. For more information on Ambassadors, please contact Membership@SpearfishChamber.org.
Business Advocacy Committee
The Business Advocacy Committee’s purpose is to review and discuss legislative and policy matters that affect the Chamber and its membership, and to make recommendations to the full board when necessary. The programs supported by this committee include the Legislative Cracker Barrels, local Candidate Forums, Spearfish & BHSU Day at the Capitol, and the State of the Community Luncheon.
The Hook – Spearfish Chamber Young Professionals
Establish relationships, empower each other, and engage in the community is The Hook’s vision. A planning committee meets the first Wednesday of each month to plan events focused around social & networking, personal & professional development, and community involvement. Hook events are open to any Spearfish chamber members between the ages of 21 and 40. The Hook’s Mentorship Program provides opportunities to share the wealth of experience and advice that lies within our more established members with the future leaders of our growing community. For more information on our Young Professionals group, please contact Marketing@SpearfishChamber.org and check out their Facebook and Instagram!
