The following excerpt is from the Spearfish Chamber Bylaws, Article III - Board of Directors: The Board of Directors shall be composed of up to thirteen (13) voting members. Prior to September 1 of each year, a notice shall be sent to the general membership that nominees for Board of Directors are being sought. The term of all directors shall run from January 1 - December 31 for up to two consecutive three-year terms.
