The 15th Annual Spearfish Area Chamber of Commerce fundraiser drawing was Saturday, September 19, 2009. Spearfish Police Chief, Pat Rotert, drew the grand prize ticket at 8:10 PM. The winner had the option of either the 2009 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail Classic or $10,000 cash and chose the bike.
